Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Window

Donors may request cancellation within 24 hours of the donation transaction.

2. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Donations designated for specific campaigns after funds have been expended are non-refundable.
