People we Served
The Rana Foundation is a dedicated social welfare trust established with a vision to foster a better society through a variety of initiatives focused on social welfare and education. Founded by Mr. Basant Kumar Rana on February 17, 2023, the foundation operates under the Indian Trust Act and is headquartered in Jamalpur, Munger, in the Munger district of Bihar. The Rana Foundation’s mission is to address pressing social issues and provide educational opportunities for underserved communities, striving to create a more equitable society where everyone has access to basic necessities and the chance to transform their lives through education.
Through our social welfare efforts, we aim to support marginalized communities by organizing health camps, providing essential items, and facilitating assistance programs designed to alleviate immediate challenges and support long-term self-reliance among those we serve. Our commitment extends to every individual in need, ensuring that our initiatives help improve quality of life and foster resilience across communities.

Cash donations are eligible only up to ₹10,00,000; amounts above must be digital/cheque/demand-draft. Also, even if you donate more, you can claim up to 50% of the donation, capped at 10% of your Gross Total Income in that financial year.
