Shipping Policy

This policy covers all physical items sent on behalf of Rana Foundation, including donation receipts and educational materials.

2. Processing Time

All items are processed within 3–5 business days of the request or donation confirmation.

3. Shipping Methods

We partner with national couriers; estimated delivery within 7–10 business days.

4. Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you at the address provided.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

If you do not receive your shipment or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days.
